If you received an email from the IRS would you respond? If you got an email from your Bank would you respond?
In many cases such an email can be a scam or far worse, fraud – tricking you into releasing personal or private information that can compromise your identity, finances, business or more. This is Phishing.
According to Wikipedia: “Phishing is the attempt to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes, indirectly, money) by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication.”

Make no mistake, a computer virus can cause significant damage or loss. A Phishing attack can be worse; protect yourself.
